When you contact us through our website or by email, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business details. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide our services.

When you become a client, we also store details necessary to manage your account including your domain information, billing details (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card details ourselves), and any content you provide for your website.

How long we keep your data

If you enquire but do not become a client, we retain your contact details for up to 12 months. If you are a client, we retain your data for the duration of our agreement and for up to 2 years after it ends for legal and accounting purposes.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data to third parties. We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

• Stripe — payment processing

• Namecheap — domain registration and email hosting

• Framer — website building and hosting

• Cloudflare — DNS and security

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and data handling practices.

Cookies

Our website may use basic analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
